PMO Lead
Job Title: PMO Lead
Location: Remote, North America
Position Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced PMO Lead to join our team at Stedion Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain project management processes and methodologies to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Lead the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Establish project governance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and manage project reporting, including status updates, risk assessments, and financial tracking.
Ensure project teams have the necessary tools, resources, and training to deliver successful projects.
Provide coaching and guidance to project managers and project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the PMO and project management practices.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in project management.
Experience managing and leading a team of project managers and project coordinators.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the technology consulting industry is a plus.
