Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading technology projects for our clients, from inception to delivery. You will work closely with our clients and our internal team of consultants to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. You will also be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying gaps, and recommending technology solutions that will drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Manage technology projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and recommend technology solutions that will drive business outcomes.
Facilitate meetings with clients to gather requirements, document business processes, and identify areas for improvement.
Create project plans, manage project scope, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, testers, and other stakeholders, to ensure that project deliverables meet the requirements of our clients.
Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders, including clients and internal team members.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, and user manuals.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field.
Experience managing technology projects, including software development projects.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business problems and recommend technology solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA).
Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.
